Through interviews with 9 different individuals of different faiths (the first volume covers Christianity, Hindu, and Islam), all are asked the central questions of what is your biggest daily hurdle or challenge and what do you do in order to manage and lead a life of meaning and purpose. With responses ranging from consistent reading, prayer, and meditation, to employment of means conventional and creative, it allows readers to understand that everyone is dealing with something.
